STRIPS
(from 1 to 150 mm wide non-calendared)
Flexible or semi-rigid profiles, usually flat and made of different thicknesses. Recommended applications: door curtains or industrial curtains, fashion or disposable belts, game area boundaries, adhesive protective trims, point of sale, games, toys, etc.
RODS (from 1 to 15 mm in Ø)
Small and flexible profiles, usually full and round shaped, which can be customized to many different shapes. Recommended applications: joints, ropes, jumping ropes, POS, etc.
TUBES (from 1 to 80 mm in Ø)
Rigid profile with hollow and closed section. Usually round shaped but can be made in many different shapes and thicknesses. Special cutting and antistatic treatments are available. Recommended applications: chimney brush rods, marking poles, handles/shafts, mandrels, toys, packaging, etc.
SHEATHS (from 1 to 50 mm in Ø)
Flexible profiles or semi-rigid, usually round shaped and thin. Recommended applications: Product casing, product conveying, sheath braiding, bag handles, rings, wire guides, etc.
PROFILES (square up to 100x100 mm & flat up to 300 mm)
Different shapes and cuts. Usually made of rigid plastic material and mainly PVC. Recommended applications: PVC carpentry, car roof rack systems, office accessories, pharmacopeia accessories, other industry, etc.
OTHER
The plastic extrusion process offers countless possibilities for manufacturing rigid pieces with lengths of several meters, rolls of thousands of meters, and cutting lengths ranging from 5mm up to 100m.
